Since 1975, Elasion has been dedicated to producing high-quality Cretan olive oil. As a family-owned company, we combine our long-standing expertise, respect for the land, and passion for olive oil to select exceptional olives from the fertile groves of Crete.

The Eternal Legacy of Elasion Olive Oil: A Historical Journey through Crete
1975
Kalamafka Ierapetra
Grandfather Manolis Malliotakis Manolis starts to be active in marketing, buying olive oil from the producers of the province of Ierapetra. The storage and distribution was done in barrels by the grandfather and the farmers themselves.
1980
Lasithi
From 1980 onwards, the purchases were extended to the wider area of the prefecture of Lasithi.
90'
Facilities
storage is now in plastic tanks suitable for food.
2000
Crete
In 2000 the business is transferred to Malliotaki Maria, the eldest daughter of the family. The marketing expands to all four prefectures of our island. The storage is done in stainless steel tanks.
2005
Exports
In 2005, sales are also going outside the borders of our country. With active action in the export of olive oil in bulk.
2010
ELASION
In 2010, ELASION was born and the company became active in the field of standardization, making a dream of many years come true. Our warehouse now has a capacity of 1000 tons and our products become internationally recognized, carrying distinctions and all the necessary certifications.
2020
ELASION introduced a new brand identity, reflecting its evolution into a modern, internationally recognized producer of premium Cretan extra virgin olive oil while honoring its heritage and values
2025
ELASION S.A. Established
The company completed its corporate transformation, officially becoming ELASION S.A., strengthening its identity and positioning for continued international growth
